Shipping

Processing your order - orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving a full payment of your order. If you have placed a pre-order your items will be shipped upon arrival to our warehouse.  You will receive a email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order. Please be sure to include the correct and most up-to-date email as this will be our most efficient point of contact with you. Your items will be shipped using which ever shipping method you chose at checkout. 
 
Lost / Stolen Packages - Though it is rather unfortunate to learn of any customer losing or having a package stolen, Kloset 501 is not held responsible for any of these cases. In an attempt to assist the customer in locating their lost or stolen package we can provide all shipping and delivery information on file to the customer.  
Returns/ Exchanges Due to COVID-19 are sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
